SureStay by Best Western Grayson

We would like to commend Janie for making our stay comfortable at Sure Stay in Grayson, KY. She went above and beyond when we weren’t sure how long we would be staying because of my sister’s health. Janie made sure everything was right and comfortable for us. Was great to have breakfast each morning before going to the hospital & Carter Nursing Home to be with my sister. Janie made us feel secure & comfortable that everything was taken care of. Between her & Steph making sure our room was cleaned & we had everything we needed. Can’t say enough about the comfort. In the end my sister passed while we were there. Walking thru the doors and them showing how much they cared meant more than words can say. THANK YOU JANIE & STEPH

We were in a very hard spot and the staff at this site went over and above. The rooms were so clean and entire facility was kept beautiful. I can and will go as far as saying that it's the best all around stay I have had and I am 65 years young....their status should definitely be 5-stars!!! I love each one of them and have so much GRATITUDE

Clean, Nice friendly workers, good breakfast choices. Many restaurant choices very close and a dollar general you can walk to across the street. Great looking pool. Here with other family, we didnt use pool but looked great! 4 different rooms for all of us, everyone satisfied. Very pleased.

Clean, convenient, beds were comfortable. Looks like in progress for a upgrade.

Bathroom had some hair in the tub- otherwise was clean. Bedding was fresh and beds and floors were clean. I ended up needing to switch my 2nd night to a different best western location and they refunded me the same night and allowed me to switch locations with no hassle. It was much appreciated. Bed was very comfy and so were pillows.

I can't say enough good things about my recent stay here. I want to start by saying how great Angie, who works at the front desk, has been. She's so kind and attentive and always happy to help with whatever questions or needs we had. I arrived early and was able to check in ahead of time for a very reasonable fee. The staff was very accommodating and got my room tidied up and ready within 15 minutes of my arrival, too. I stayed in one of the king suites that had a hot tub in the room. The room was super spacious and fully met my needs between the king-sized bed and sleeper sofa. On top of being spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hot tub was awesome, too, and really made the stay that much better. The pool was a bit chilly because it's not heated, but it was still enjoyable and kept clean. I will definitely be returning the next time I vacation in the area.

The rooms were acceptably clean. The breakfast was quite tasty. This place does not have an elevator.

My husband stayed at SureStay when visiting my father & his family. The front staff was very welcoming, & the rooms were clean & comfortable. Everything was perfect, except someone in a neighboring room had their TV on very loud. I was hoping that someone else would call it in, but no one did. They had the TV on the WHOLE night, so I did not sleep well. If it wasn't for that situation, everything else was great. They had many options for breakfast, which was very nice since a lot of hotels don't offer that anymore.
